Refund policy

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Since all our products are printed on demand (custom-made just for you), we only accept returns for:

  • Damaged items (prints that are faded, misaligned, or peeling)

  • Defective items (fabric tears, stitching errors)

  • Wrong items (you received a different design or size than what you ordered)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by photos showing the defect or damage

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours of receiving it if:

  • The print is damaged or misprinted

  • The item has holes, stains, or defects

  • You received the wrong design or size

We'll evaluate the issue and arrange a free replacement or refund if it's our fault.

Non-Returnable Items

Since every product is printed on demand specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size chosen (please check our size chart before ordering!)

  • Change of mind or "I don't like it"

  • Minor color variations (screens display colors differently)

  • Sale items or gift cards

Why? Unlike regular stores, we don't keep inventory. Your shirt is made only after you order it, so we can't resell returned items.

Sizing Issues

We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering.

If you're unsure about sizing, order a size up — our oversized fit is designed to be roomy.

If you receive a size that doesn't match what you ordered (e.g., you ordered L but got M), contact us and we'll fix it.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges since every item is made fresh per order.

If you received a defective or wrong item, we'll send a replacement after confirming the issue.

If you simply want a different size or design, you'll need to:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order for the correct item

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return request, we'll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refund timeline: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Since production starts quickly, cancellations after that may not be possible.
