Processing Time All NyxDesigns products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Qikink. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time
- Within India: 5–9 business days after dispatch
- International orders: Currently not available
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Delays Occasional delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier partner issues. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.
Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order. NyxDesigns is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at nyxdesigns@proton.me within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
